'OpenRidgePass's journey began with a single vision: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our small family-operated pizza place was built on recipes passed down over the years.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the art of pizza creation during her time across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After her return to the UK, her ambition was to reproduce the quintessential Italian pizza experience, sticking to traditional techniques and securing the best produce.
Starting out as a quaint pizzeria with just a dozen seats, we've since become a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our resolve for excellence and genuine craftsmanship remains true. We employ age-old wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and only use the most pristine ingredients available.
'OpenRidgePass' is still managed by the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm. While we've adopted some contemporary practices, the essence of our venture stays constant: to produce delectable, bona fide pizza that unites people.
