Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, you may do so without any penalty. Please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678 immediately to halt the delivery. If the order has not been dispatched, we will issue a full refund in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Returns and Refunds After Delivery

Our food products are perishable and thus we typically do not accept returns. However, if your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require photographic proof or the return of the product, if applicable, before providing a refund or exchange.

A refund or exchange will only be given for the part of the order that is incorrect or damaged. The rest of the undamaged order remains chargeable.

Refunds Process

The time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement may vary depending on the issuer of your payment card.

Non-Refundable Items
